What do I do? o A. The most common reason for this error is that your virus protection software has deleted a file.  The best practice to always exclude the FBS program directory from scans.  Every virus protection software works a little differently, but usually to get a exclude scans of a folder you: Open your virus protection software and go to settings. Find where it the anti-virus settings are. Select Exclude from Scans. Browse to the FBS program directory (i.e. FBSWIN 11.8). It's always a wise idea that when installing a new version of the software to exclude the new program directory from scans.  The order I do the install steps in when updating to a new FBS version is: Install the new version. Open virus software and exclude the new program folder from sans. Open FBS and run Check for Updates.      FBS Systems, Inc.   Box 185  601 SE 19th Avenue Suite 2  Aledo,  IL   61231   US You received this email because you are subscribed to Newsletter from FBS Systems, Inc..
