Prepare for Price Increase
Ever since the release of our first Windows versions in 2000 we've held the line on software and support costs and even driven those costs down through a cloud subscription service while at the same time the Consumer Price Index has increased by 46%.
It's finally time to make the necessary adjustments so we can continue to develop and support agriculture's most powerful integrated management platform. That's why we're initiating a 30% across-the-board price increase effective December 1, 2018. This will include on-premise and hosted software as well as support plans.
However, you can still lock in "pre-Millennium" prices by calling 800.437.7638 or emailing sales@fbssystems.com by November 30th.

American Society of Agricultural Consultants Announces Annual Conference
The annual conference of the American Society of Agricultural Consultants (ASAC) will focus on technology in agriculture and how consultants can adapt in a constantly-evolving ag landscape. “Expanding Agriculture’s Horizon on the Silicon Prairie” brings together world-class speakers in ag consulting, along with some of the most respected companies in agriculture, including John Deere, Pioneer, Farm Credit, and others. The conference, to be held November 4-6 in Kansas City, Kansas, will take a comprehensive look at global agriculture and the impact it has on U.S. agriculture and how ag consultants can better serve their clients domestically.
“Whether you are new to consulting or a seasoned professional, we’ve lined up a program that will provide education impacting all areas of your consultancy,” says Moe Russell, ASAC conference planning chair and owner of Russell Consulting Group. “Day one has sessions on leadership and collaboration opportunities for ag consultants, as well as presentations by Dick Wittman of Wittman Consulting and Roy Ferguson of the Ferguson Group, two leaders in ag consulting with decades of experience. Day two focuses on technology in agriculture, with information you can take back to your clients.”
The core of ASAC membership is ethics. ASAC consultants value honesty and fair dealing in a manner which promotes the personal growth of their customers, employees, and shareholders. Sam Bartee, CCA/CAC, the West Central Division Agronomist for Helena Chemical Company, will lead the ethics session “Ethics – A Core Value in Today’s Consulting Environment.”
