The Mutual Agricultural Software Alliance (MASA) is a farmer-owned organization dedicated to building the future of agricultural software. Chief Executive Officer

Leslie Vicary is a seasoned leader with a strong background in banking, digital product innovation, and agriculture. She brings expertise in strategic planning, product management, and cross-functional leadership, with a track record of delivering results across both financial and ag tech sectors. With an MBA from the University of Nebraska at Omaha and a B.S. in Business Economics from Marquette University, Leslie combines business insight with hands-on experience as a livestock producer. Her ability to align technology with the real-world needs of agriculture drives MASA’s mission to deliver practical, producer-focused software solutions.

With a strong foundation in production agriculture, Doug also brings prior experience from five years in feed sales and four years in livestock equipment sales, giving him a well-rounded understanding of farm operations and producer needs. His deep product knowledge, practical insight, and commitment to customer success have made him a trusted resource for FBS users nationwide.

Martin Traviolia is an accomplished software architect and technology leader with over 25 years of experience in enterprise systems and nearly a decade at FBS Systems. As MASA’s Director of Development, he leads the strategic direction of software innovation, guiding internal and external teams in building robust, future-ready ag solutions. Martin holds advanced degrees in mathematics and computer science, including a Ph.D. from Oklahoma State University, and has a distinguished career spanning roles at MFS, WorldCom, MCI, and Verizon. His expertise in API development, systems architecture, and cross-functional coordination ensures MASA’s platforms remain powerful, scalable, and aligned with the evolving needs of agriculture.
